Hello hello and welcome to the weekend after Thanksgiving! I hope you all had an incredible holiday filled with family, friends, and of course, delicious food. We gathered at Tony’s parents’ house and had possibly the best Thanksgiving spread ever…if I do say so myself. Now we’re back home and gearing up for a busy week. BUT not before we talk about this incredible #ROUNDUP Sunday situation.
That’s right, this muffin queen (hi, it’s me!) rounded up 31 healthy muffin recipes that are perfect for breakfast, snack, desserts, and especially sharing with the people you love. Let’s do it up.
Who else loves baking right after Thanksgiving? I always want to keep the cozy holiday feels alive event after we’ve had our final bites of pumpkin pie. Baking has always been so therapeutic for me, so what better time to do it than after a busy holiday week? And if you know me, you know that muffins are the way to my heart (which is probably why I have 31 of them on my blog).
Each of these healthy muffin recipes has a unique flavor and add-ins, but they all have one thing in common…they are amazingly fluffy, perfectly sweet and have wholesome ingredients. Okay that was more than one thing. I created these recipes using different flours so that there’s a good mix of regular and gluten-free that you can share with anyone. After all, muffins are one of my favorite ways to show some love to friends and family.
So, it’s time! Time to take a scroll through this fluffy goodness, preheat that oven, and get baking. Share with a loved one, and be sure to freeze extra for yourself. Enjoy!
If you make any of these healthy muffin recipes leave a comment and let me know how you liked it! Share your creations on social media and be sure to tag #AmbitiousKitchen so that I can see your amazing work.
