How to make edible chocolate chip cookie dough:
- Start by heating the flour. You can do this in a bowl in the microwave, or bake it in the oven. Details on this are in the recipe card, but you want to make sure the flour reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. Let it cool before mixing it into the recipe.
- Combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, and butter. Use an electric mixer to beat together for about 3 minutes.
- Next, add in the salt, vanilla and milk, and continue mixing. Then mix in the cooled flour.
- Gently stir in the chocolate chips.
