- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt and pepper, to taste
- 15 ounce can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
