  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoons hazelnut liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Pinch cream tartar
  • 1/4 cup spreadable seedless raspberry jam
  • Ganache frosting, recipe follows
  • 1 pint strawberries or raspberries, for garnish
  • 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
