Juicy & Tender ~ Pork Loin Roast – Eat With Your Eyes


Ingredients: 2 bay leaves,1/2 cup of chicken broth,1/2 bunch of fresh parsley,4 cloves of fresh garlic,1 cup of grape tomatoes,1/4 cup of olive oil,Dashes of black pepper,3 pounds Pork Loin Roast

  1. Place the garlic, parsley, tomatoes, olive oil and black pepper in the food processor and give a few good chops.
  2. Place the pork in a baking pan and top with the chopped veggies.
  3. Add the chicken broth to the pan with the bay leaves and roast in the oven. You may add more broth to the pan as the broth dries.
  4. Bake about 20 minutes per pound ~ about 1 hour.
