- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh berries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Step 1: Prepare the Oats
In a microwave-safe bowl, mix together the oats and 1/2 cup of almond milk. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds, if necessary.
Step 2: Add the Chia Seeds
