Braised Lamb Chops – Eat With Your Eyes


Ingredients: 4 shoulder lamb chops,1 teaspoon crumbled mint leaves,1/2 teaspoon dried mustard,pepper, to taste,1 cup pineapple juice,3 tablespoons soy sauce,3 tablespoons vinegar,1/4 cup water

  1. Season lamb chops with mint, mustard and pepper. Flour and brown in heavy skillet.
  2. Combine last 4 ingredients.
  3. Pour into skillet. Bring to boiling.
  4. Place in covered casserole.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
