Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Muffins – Eat With Your Eyes

Ingredients: 2 cups Oats,1/3 cup Honey,2 Bananas, mashed,2 cups Almond Milk,1/2 cup Egg Whites,2 scoops of Protein Powder (I used Dymatize Elite Banana Flavour),1 tsp Baking Powder,2 tsp Cinnamon,1 tsp Coconut Oil,1 tsp Vanilla Extract,1/4 cup Walnuts,1/2 cup Raisins
Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl mash bananas and add egg whites, vanilla and oil. Stir well.
  2. Dump into large bowl and add all remaining ingredients.
  3. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray and add oatmeal mixture evenly into each muffin cup.
  4. Bake on 350F for 35 minutes.
  5. Allow 5 minutes to cool.
